I started to photograph for fun about 15 years ago. I started out as a landscape photographer. I still enjoy and love capturing the places that I visit when I ride my motorcycle and/or travel. Growing up in New York City, I have a great appreciation for what God has created for us to enjoy and admire. I want to capture those moments so I can enjoy them in the comfort of my home. I guess that is why I stayed in Northern California after leaving the Air Force.
But as time went on, I started to photograph events. Before I knew it, I was being asked to photograph conventions, high school and family reunions, wedding anniversaries, graduations, birthday parties, etc. The one event I do not photograph is weddings. This is a once of a lifetime shot. In addition, it is too stressful. LOL
My photography style is that of a photojournalist. I enjoy telling a story with my photos. It is a great feeling and satisfaction when your clients come back to you excited because the photos tell a story and they see photos that they would not even considered taking.
I am currently studying photography at Sierra College. I want to sharpen my technical skills and offer more to my clients like sharper photos, better lighting, and better storytelling.
Beside photographing events and landscape, I had the honor and opportunity to photograph for a local community newspaper as a freelance photographer. This opportunity taught me a lot about storytelling.
So keep in mind, whether it is a family reunion, high school reunion, convention, celebration, and/or special event, wouldn't it be nice to have peace of mind that a dedicated photographer will capture those special moments? In addition, ensuring that you do not have to relied on family and friends to capture those special moments and/or provide with copies of the photos.
For more information regarding my photography and/or booking, please feel free to contact me. Otherwise, go out and photograph.
